DESCRIPTION:

Seeking to improve my skillset, I joined this startup, assisting construction companies with worker location tracking, time logs and payroll. As a founding team member, I lead Android and backend development into production, meeting critical weekly sprints. Additionally, I was able to influence and assist with iOS development, business development and project planning, being a technical catalyst to many important decisions. Working with a small team of motivated and creative individuals around the world, I go to experience a different form of team organization compared to big companies or academic environments.
