Created an app helping tackle climate change with an effort to reduce food waste by selling products to neighbours. Guided junior developers towards meeting weekly sprints and completing a functional prototype. Created multiple front end pages with backend connnections, helping motivate and push team to complete the project on a tight deadline (2 months).
